I have a BB account and have been given a coach whom has never made contact with me. There have been many other coaches who have added me and asked me to make them my coach but I have not made any switches – yet. Hey guys,
thank you for your dedication and support. Do you have any tips/advice for late night snacking? I do great throughout the day, stick to the nutrition plan, even attend social events (Mom’s night out with other home school mom’s, etc), and never waver! But, as soon as the girls are in bed, it starts.
It’s like a mental thing…..I can’t go to bed on an empty stomach!
I so don’t want that to me my Nemesis.
Any thoughts?

I actually had the same problem… I seemed to eat the most at night. A couple things that have helped us with late night snack cravings is to have a cup of hot green tea (or flavored green tea). If you don’t like tea and you are going to bed within 2-3 hours of wanting to eat then it would be best to drink your snack… meaning have a protein shake or Shakeology. I currently have a protein shake just about every night 1 hour before bed. I don’t have any issues. If you are eating more than 3 hours before bed then you can have a high protein snack. You will want to avoid carbs at night as your body doesn’t need carbs at night so will store it as fat while you sleep. An option could be 2-3 ounces of deli turkey breast with a slice of fat free cheese… again this is only if you are going to bed more than 3 hours later.
I’m trying to order the auto ship shakeology, and having some trouble. It keeps saying there is nothing in my cart, even after I select to purchase it.

I’ve been wanting my dream body for as long as I lived, who can blame me right? Im a 19 year old 6 foot female weighing 160 pounds. People call me “thin” but I know if I started p90x I would loose a few pounds and really tone up! My body isn’t bad but I know it could be in its prime with some dedication and help!
