The Insanity Asylum nutrition plan provided is a 1800 calorie diet, but I don’t want that much of a deficit since I don’t want to lose any weight. I have put together a 2400 calorie diet to help maintain what I have. This diet is following my Extreme Health post I wrote last week. This diet follows a 45/40/15 ratio (protein/carb/fat).
