My 4-Week Brazil Butt Lift Journey (Week 1 Complete)

One week down, 3 weeks to go!  After completing my first week of Brazil Butt Lift with great enthusiasm I started having horrible tooth pain.  To make a long story very short, it turns out I needed to have a wisdom tooth removed.   I just had the tooth removed yesterday and I’m now in the recovery stage.  The pain I had until yesterday was so intense that it made it impossible for my to keep up with my workouts. 🙁  Since it is now Thursday and my dentist hasn’t permitted me to workout for another couple of days, my plan is to start up with week 2 of BBL on Monday.  That way I will still have the same schedule as before.  I can hardly wait to get back to it!
Obviously, due to the above, my third BBL update will be a week behind.  Below is my first review as well as my 1st week photos.
I’m not sure I SEE a difference in myself yet, but I feel BBL working and Chris told me the other day that he’s noticed a difference already.  Yay!  There are still several workouts I haven’t gotten to yet in the program, but so far I am most impressed with the ‘High & Tight’ workout.  Ouch!  I have NEVER put my behind in so much pain. LOL.  It’s all good pain though and I know it’s doing me a lot of good.  Honestly, I already plan to keep the ‘High & Tight’ workout as part of my weekly routine even when I’ve completed BBL.  I want to be sure to maintain what I accomplish back there. 😉
I am also enjoying trying the recipes from the BBL nutrition guide.  Some are totally new ideas to me.  I have never tried chickpeas on a salad before or ricotta cheese with fruit…great ideas.  I have definitely found some new favorites like the Tropical Yogurt Swirl and the Turkey Hummus Wrap, that I will continue to use even after I’ve completed BBL.  I am looking forward to trying more of the recipes soon.
