My 4-Week Brazil Butt Lift Journey (Start)

I started Beachbody’s Brazil Butt Lift (BBL) on Monday February 28th!  It is a 4 week workout and nutrition program geared toward lifting and reshaping your booty.  So far I am loving it!  I REALLY feel the exercises working.  It’s fun to be doing something different.

I love that I got to choose one of four workout plans designed to get me to my specific goals.  For instance; I am following the “Lift & Shape” plan.  I am also following the BBL meal plan and I am enjoying trying all the new recipes.  Because I don’t have any more weight to lose, I am starting out by following the plan exactly and will add 1 or 2 additional snacks from the approved list if I feel the need.  I am so glad that Shakeology is an approved snack and is on the nutrition plan because I would be a very grumpy woman if I had to live without my daily dose. 😉  I used to have Shakeology with extra whey protein for breakfast.  Now I have one of the BBL breakfasts and make Shakeology without the added protein for my morning snack after my workout.

I still can’t believe I’m saying this: I will be taking weekly photos of my “behind” and posting them here.  I will also take weekly measurements of my thighs, waist, butt and saddlebag area.  I hope to see great improvement in my photos and measurements each week.  Below are my ‘Before Brazil Butt Lift’ photos and measurements.  Check back weekly to see how I’m doing.
