Chris and Tekoa’s Shakeology Reviews

We have been drinking Shakeology for about 5 months now and we are very pleased with how we feel.  If we miss a day of Shakeology we notice a difference as our stamina and energy is just not as good.  It is a great meal replacement shake that can help you lose weight and feel great.  We started drinking Shakeology towards the end of Power 90 and drank it through our entire first round of P90X.  I contribute a lot of my success with P90X to Shakeology as it gave me all the nutrients I needed to go through my day to day routine and fueled my muscles with the nutrients they needed to gain lean muscle mass.  Our parents and close friends drink Shakeology now and are seeing great results!  One of my friends has been replacing one meal per day with it and has already lost close to 60 pounds!  The energy it has given me has enabled me to come off my Narcolepsy medication COMPLETELY!  I used to go out to lunch all the time and spend $6 – $8 for lunch.  Shakeology costs $4 per day (or $3 per day as a coach) and has 100 times more nutritional value than anything I ate for lunch in the past.  It is the least expensive healthy meal I have ever bought.  That alone was worth the money for Shakeology, but to my surprise I was able to stop my medication which ended up saving me an additional $100 per month!

Shakeology has over 70 ingredients packed into a small 150 calories which makes it such a great meal replacement shake.  There is no meal and no other supplement that can give you that much nutritional value with all the Phytonutrients, Antioxidants, Prebiotics, Probiotics, herbs and enzymes they have in the shake.  The picture I have posted is actually a picture of all the ingredients found in 1 bag of Shakeology.  Seeing how much stuff they put in there makes you think it will taste way too “healthy”, but is actually quite delicious!  It almost feels like we are cheating by eating a desert everyday. 🙂 You can mix it up using different recipes to keep a great variety.  We have posted some of our favorite Shakeology recipes below.  You can also see some additional recipes HERE.  We add an extra scoop of whey protein to our shake because we want the extra protein and it makes a HUGE shake, but it is not necessary.  I could go on and on about Shakeology and all the benefits, but you can learn more about this great product by clicking here.

Jeremy - yes it is! We brew and refrigerate our coffee the night before if we plan for the chocolate mocha the next day.

The "Reeses Chocolate Peanut Butter with PB2" is really good. That's all I've been having the past week. I'll have to try the mocha one. Might sound silly, but how do you get your coffee cool? Brew and refridgerate the night before?
