Cool! I actually like the sound of this better than P90, right now. Plus, it's a little cheaper. I think I'll be going with this. Then after another 100 days, or so, I'll order the P90X. I'm still having a hard time with the diet. All my kids are great eaters, and can basically eat weight or health issues. I'm the only one that needs the regimented diet plan. That's what makes it so hard. I will get a nice pay check this pay period, and plan on stocking up my freezer, pantry and fridge with stuff for me. Thanks for clarifying the P90 master series.


Hey Coach i dont understand how to do power 90. would u explain 2 me how to do the workouts? does it have a specific calendar?

Do you have the program? All the details of how to use the program come with it when you buy it. Basically you will alternate cardio days and circuit days. and workout 6 days per week
